Qovilly is a pilot, in active development, operated non-commercially. It is a platform that helps people discover local shops, individual sellers, and what is available near them. During the pilot, Qovilly does not sell anything, does not process payments, and charges no fees. It is operated by Oghenetega Teberen as an individual while in pilot; this will transfer to Qovilly Ltd once incorporated.
By using Qovilly you agree to these terms, our Privacy Notice, and (if you list items) our Prohibited & Restricted Items Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Qovilly helps you discover what local sellers offer nearby. Qovilly is not the seller and is not a party to any sale. Any purchase, payment, or collection is arranged directly between the buyer and the seller. During the pilot, Qovilly does not process payments and charges no fees to anyone, and information collected is used only to operate and improve the service, not for trading.
You must be 18 or over.
Keep your details accurate and your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
You must: only list items you may lawfully sell; follow the Prohibited & Restricted Items Policy; hold any licence the law requires; describe items honestly; and handle your own sales, collection, and customer obligations. You are solely responsible for what you list and sell. Restricted items are in-store only, licensed shops only, and are never sold through the platform.
Deals are directly with the seller. Take normal safety precautions when meeting anyone in person. Qovilly does not inspect, guarantee, or take responsibility for sellers' items or conduct.
You keep ownership of your listings and photos, and you give Qovilly permission to display them on the platform to make them discoverable.
Do not use Qovilly for anything unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or that infringes others' rights. We can remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Qovilly is provided “as is” during a pilot; features may change, break, or be withdrawn. To the extent the law allows, Qovilly and its operator are not liable for losses arising from use of the platform, dealings between users, or items listed or sold by sellers. Nothing here removes rights you have under UK law that cannot be excluded.
We handle your data as described in the Privacy Notice.
You can stop using Qovilly anytime. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached or to protect users or the platform.
We may update these terms as the pilot develops; the current version applies.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
